Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your appointment schedule and administrative needs, but will generally not exceed 3–5 messages per week.
Standard Messaging Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Calm Horizons Counseling Center is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by contacting our office directly at (704) 885-0948. Once your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive text messages from us. Opting out will not affect your ability to receive services.
