Savannah Mullins

I am suicide and mental health trained, as well as currently studying Social Work at Appalachian State University with the goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Before joining Calm Horizons, I worked as a Pediatric Medical Receptionist for nearly 14 months, where I developed a strong appreciation for working with patients and families and helping create a welcoming, supportive environment. I have always had a deep interest in psychology and counseling, and I am passionate about learning how our understanding and approach to mental health continues to evolve. My own experiences, as well as supporting loved ones through their mental health journeys, have strengthened my desire to pursue a career where I can support and encourage others.
I was born and raised in Iredell County and enjoy traveling to various different states and cities. Outside of work and school, I enjoy a variety of creative crafts, getting lost in a good book, and spending time studying my Bible. I value opportunities to continue learning and growing both personally and professionally, and I am excited to continue my journey toward becoming a counselor. I look forward to being part of the Calm Horizons team and contributing to an environment where individuals feel welcomed, heard, and supported.
