Erin Lawing

Erin offers a judgment-free zone, where clients can feel relaxed and openly share, gain coping tools, and make positive changes. She has a variety of clinical experiences, having served children/families, adults navigating stress and burnout, life transitions, and helping others re-discover their true potential in life. Erin is passionate about cultural competence and respecting others' various backgrounds. She earned a Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio, TX, in March 2017. She graduated with a Bachelors in Sociology from UNC Charlotte (May 2003).

Erin utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic and Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play/Art Therapy, & Trauma-focused therapy. Expertise with anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, trauma, and individuals with special needs/disabilities.
