David DeGrave

David has dedicated his life to serving and supporting others. With over 20 years of military service and more than three decades in the Fire and Emergency Medical service. He has gained a deep understanding of resilience, teamwork, and the challenges that come with high-stress professions and his lifelong drive to help people. Which, led him to help found the Calm Horizons Counseling Center, where he continues his mission of service by helping individuals get navigation in their life’s difficulties, build strength, and find balance. David brings compassion, integrity, and a calm, grounded presence to his work while supporting all the clients and clinicians of the Calm Horizons Counseling Family.
